You cannot expect customers to pay a premium for a “luxury experience” movie theater that no longer provides services or amenities above the competition (AMC down the road). After that, you get your beverages (20-40 mins into the movie!) from one runner and your food come from another (45 min later if not more). Now, the servers all wait until a few mins before the movie starts to take your full order. Once the movie started, we’d just push a button and the server would come over. They didn’t returned to take your food order. We were usually greeted by a server upon arrival and asked for a drink.
